If you connect a Facebook ad account, the Service's Ads Performance feature reads your campaign status, spend, and related performance metrics to display them in your dashboard, and can pause or resume your campaigns only when you instruct it to. By using this feature you agree that:

All software, algorithms, and content provided as part of the Service are the intellectual property of Ashraf Ali El-Sayed Ahmed Hassan. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashraf Ali El-Sayed Ahmed Hassan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damages resulting from Meta platform changes or API restrictions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, Meta's policies, or applicable law — without prior notice.
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by disconnecting your pages and contacting us to delete your data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
